HP forced my hand- reconditioned cartridges guaranteed to work did not, so I had to buy genuine. It’s a business practice so aggravating that I will avoid HP products where I can in the future.

It makes good sense to use the XL and get 2-3 times the copies at a better price. Even while mail is slow, the order was delivered promptly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ink is great it's ink. Doesn't last as long these days with virtual school and it's very pricey for both black and the color. It also took a really long time past 10 days of ordering to get here when I really needed it but I know that's not HP's fault. It's the ink my printer uses so I'll keep ording.
