The ink cartridge is a good quality product. I purchased this product direct as the HP Insta Ink program never seems to work correctly. I continually run out of ink and then have to spend a long time trying to find someone to ship more product. I will be cancelling the recurring charge as I save money and time by just purchasing direct.

Your cartridges are over priced. Sometimes i have to clean the heads because i print images as much as type. That means i waste ink trying to get rid of the streaks.
