I really love my HP 200 mobile printer and when it did have a small issue after I called the insurance plan that I purchased they had it fixed within two minutes thank you thank seems to last a while when you buy the extra large cartridges. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone. Might I add that the printer prints very clearly

I didn't want to give a poor rating but shipping the ink boxes in a padded envelope is not a good idea. They simply need to be placed in a tiny box. My color cartridge box was crushed and I so hoped that is was okay, and it turned out that it was useable. Just a suggestion for the future.
