[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only buy true HP products. I have tried refurbished or whatever it's called.....BAD mistake. I have tried other products that supposedly offer the same thing.....BAD mistake. Nope. It's HP or nothing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when I went to put the cartridge in, the printer told me to reload it properly, I did several times and looked to find out it had NO INK,!! luckily I had a spare and that worked. Otherwise I'm normally very pleased with the fast shipping and quality of ink. I would like a refund or replacement, please. So while I would not usually not recommended this product, I amtoday
