Haven’t had the case for very long but I’m having doubts. Pencil holder is flimsy. I’m afraid to allow my child to use it for fear it’s going to fall out and get lost. It’s a very slim case. We haven’t dropped it yet so I can’t advise on its protective properties but I dnt have high hopes. Handle slides as you’re holding it so there’s constant fear that your own handling is unstable which is probably going to lead to a drop. I realize it wasn’t advertised for children specifically but it seems better suited for adults. Except for the pencil holder part of it which I can’t imagine would be good for anyone.

Please make sure the handle is properly installed and tightened. We have not seen other complaints about the pencil holder being flimsy and would like to learn more about your issues.
