Once I took the headrest off it’s a solid chair but the headrest not having a way of adjusting up or down is annoying and I just had to take it off so it wasn’t rubbing on my shoulders all day.
I am 6 feet tall and the headrest hits my lower shoulder blades on the highest setting. Completely ridiculous. However after removing the headrest I was able to give it another try: the lumbar support actually feels nice compared to nearly every sub-$400 chair I've tried and the height is more than sufficient for correct ergonomic positioning. So I guess I'm keeping it while I continue my search for a chair designed with common sense in line.
We just love this chair for so many reasons but most of all it's the mesh that makes sitting on it so comfortable. We have already purchased about 5 of these to replace our old ones.
This is a great chair. I found it on sale and got a great deal on it and I love its fit and flexibility. I use a computer for hours at a time and I do not feel the fatigue as badly as in other chairs I have used. As I said "Great Chair." I would recommend this chair to anyone who works long hours at a desk.
