I would have given it 5 stars but the headrest is weird. It tends to push your head forward awkwardly making it uncomfortable so I got rid of the headrest. Otherwise I like the rest of the chair.

Its a fine chair the mesh makes it comfortable and it forces you to sit properly so you're not leaning back too much injuring your back.

I bought this for my son who's previous desk chair was starting to fall apart. This chair feels like it's much better quality and like it will hold up better. My son says he loves it and it's comfortable!

Love the chair! Great support and rather cozy. Finally a chair that fits an average sized woman... in stead of a tall stalky man like the rest of the chairs are built.

My New Hyken Task Chair

It’s a nice looking chair. It sits about 2” taller (at it’s lowest) from my previous chair. This has caused some comfort issues trying to adjust to different arm/leg positions needed. The mesh is more firm than my previous chair as well. The first couple of weeks I couldn’t sit for more than a few hours at a time… Like a favorite shoe it is breaking in and gradually getting more comfortable as I use to it. In another 4 weeks I would likely be giving this a 5 star rating. It’s a very nice chair and a great value for the price.

If you're not strong inserting the casters is not easy. Other than that I like the chair.
