We opted for a mesh chair for our home office. Wanted the ventilation and the lighter weight. We've only had it for a month but so far seems good. We bought the extended warranty at the recommendation of the sales person who says these kind of chairs begin to have problems at the seams after a couple years.

I love this chair. It is attractive (not massive like the upholstered ones) easy to move around and extremely comfortable. It is also easy to adjust. I started looking for a new chair when I realized the old one was probably the cause of lower back pain. With this chair I do not have any. Incidentally I purchased it at Staples locally rather than on an internet site and again could not have been happier with their sales person service and helpfulness. Forgot to mention - the price is extremely reasonable too.

Overall is great product except the head rest. I am 6’4” tall and head rest is pretty much at fixed height in other words you can not adjust the height. I used the chair without the head rest.
