Chair is good assembly was poor.

The chair is great but I had it assembled and it arrived with plastic attached in such a way that I can't remove the plastic fully. It appears that someone put the chair together without removing the plastic cover..

Somewhat the best chair I have ever had

The chair is awesome. I have one thing I should probably do to make it the best. I need to adjust it more for me. I have not figured out how to use all the buttons or handles yet. It is extremely comfortable and reclines a perfect amount. I have been grateful to have found this chair.
