Arrived on time packing was a little unwieldy as there is a lot of chair to fit in a smallish box but everything pulled out ok and instructions were clear. Prepare for a little acrobatics during assembly and have your electric nut drivers ready (if you want to save time) I’m about 6’ and the fit is right for me probably perfect for shorter if you’re taller the headrest may feel closer to a lumbar support (not much - just a little). After a few days it feels so much better than the dated "Herman Miller" I had (which was a great chair in its own) but this feels like a new home for my bottom and better for my back. Stylish - and in red? total win. Like a sports sedan you don’t feel uncool but also don’t look like you’re playing. Finish seems nice not sure how it will look in 5~10 years my H- Miller was nearly 20!

Great lumbar support and my butt doesn't get sore from padded seats. We use it in our home office. I work from home 2 days a week. My husband uses it in the evenings when he brings work home. Opted not to use the head rest..hubby said assembly was easy too!
