It came with a big scratch on the silver bottom part decided I needed the chair and kept it but It is very uncomfortable for my back so far from day one and I adjusted the lower back and still not feeling very comfortable.

We went to Staples to buy a particular office chair and printer. Our server went above and beyond the call of duty. He was knowledgeable courteous and very helpful. He explained everything we asked and made some very helpful suggestions. He also saved us money. We left the store purchasing the two items. We love the chair and printer.

I love the look of this chair and find it very comfortable. It was quick and easy to put together. However I found that the headrest made me lean forward and was not comfortable at all no matter how I adjusted it. So I removed that and the chair is perfect.

Chair is comfortable and provides support. Instructions for assembly would benefit by some written description instead of just pictures. Id be disappointed if I had paid the regular retail for this particular chair. The sale price is fair.
