very comfortable chair but doesn't hold the height

this chair is very comfortable but about 6 months after purchasing it already is losing the hydraulic hold. it slowly creeps down to the lowest height while sitting. very annoying.

I had requested the black chair but realized I received the red one when I got home. I decided to keep it. The chair is very comfortable and it was pretty easy to put together. I don't mind the red but wish I had realized the mistake before leaving the store. Next time - I will order online
