head rest keeps it from a 5

I love the chair. I thought the headrest would be great but it sits too low so my shoulders rest against it which is annoying. You can adjust the angle but not the height so I removed it. Other than that it sits nice so far. Had it for a couple of weeks now.

I am very disappointed they suppose to cancel on invoice that was over charge and make another one with the right price the cashier did not do it. This is my second message and nothing happens

Comfortable rolls easily the tilt back makes it great. The mesh is fine but if you sit bare legged (or more;-) you'll need to keep a towel on the seat. This replaced a less expensive seat which makes me recommend the extended warranty.

I have only been using for about a week now but this chair is very comfortable. Love the lumbar support and the recline. Sitting for almost 8 hours a day really takes a toll on you if your chair is not comfortable. Hoping this one holds out for a couple years!
