After many years and after sitting in my old chair for several days and experiencing back pain I decided to replace what I had. I couldn’t be happier. The chair is the right shape the right height and the lumbar (after a couple of days) is making my back happy. Later in the day I do add a Comfit cushion suggested by others in their reviews. All-in-all I am very delighted with this purchase.

Confortable and a good value

Purchased this 3/14/20 in anticipation of the work from home directives. Have had plenty of time since to use it and it is as described a comfortable all day chair. Easy to assemble. I didn't bother with the arms or headrest as space is at a premium with us all stuck in the house and this makes it intrude less. The sales people at the Leominster store were very helpful and matched the website price and carried it out to the car for me.

Not for tall people

Uncomfortable for me. I am 6' 1" and as I write this I feel the loss of blood circulation in my legs from the seat front and where it makes contact with the back of my thighs. I have to slouch in the chair to find leg comfort which in turn adds pressure to my lower back. I had higher hopes that this new desk chair would provide lower back relief but if you are a tall person this chair may not be for you. It is very narrow the seat feels much to shallow the arm rests (also very narrow) adjust only up and down and I think the head rest is pointless. I will be returning to store and trying something different.
