Very comfortable and supportive. Didn't need the headrest but it can be left off without appearing bad.

Chair is really comfortable. I am 5’10”. The head rest hit me at the shoulders. Regretfully while installing the headrest one of 2 of the screws stripped. The height of the head rest was annoying so I removed it. Luckily the stripped screw pulled out without damaging the chair.
