Seat falling apart after a few months

We bought two of this chair and really loved them at the beginning. They were very comfortable and supportive. The chairs were used in the home office and most used a few hours a day during the evening. We weighted between 140 to 155 lbs. We ran into a big problem after a few months. The chair seats started to loosen and staples were came off. They became uncomfortable. We can feel the chair seat mesh being sagged. We wish I could return them!

Okay with a couple issues

The chair feels great to sit in. The lumbar support feels much better than what I was using and for the price the chair is definitely reasonable. Unfortunately the bottom part of the chair was shipped to me with scuff marks all over it the head rest is made for people who are about 5'2" so I had to remove it and the wheels do not have locking mechanisms so I am unable to stay put at my desk.

Pretty good

For the money this is a great chair. Some minor complaints like the arms not moving side to side only two ‘lock’ positions for the back headrest not moving far enough up But really these are minor issues in practice. It’s quite comfortable for my 8 hour work days.

Love the Chair!! Bought one for my home computer station. Liked it so much I bought another one to take to my work office as the chair they provided us is to uncomfortable and does not give near the back and neck support this chair provides. Have gone through at least ten office chairs at home and work and this one by far is the best I have ever had.
