Comfortable and sturdy

This modern looking chair came with very good instructions. The screws were all individually packaged and labelled with letters. So it would be hard to mix them up. That said I was only disappointed that the allen wrench screws seemed of an odd size that my power drill couldn't accommodate (and I have a bunch of screw heads). You need to put it together upside down and it's somewhat heavy - but I managed to do it with no help. The chair is very adjustable and high end feeling. The casters roll nicely. It was perfect for my ailing back and neck.

I got my chair and assembled. Then I noticed a couple places have already minor damage and broke. Obviously it is not new chair. I bought 5 same chairs for my office in past few years this is the first time had bad experience.

Highly recommend this chair

I had been searching for weeks online for an office chair that could help my low back and leg pain. Like many I sit at a desk for 8-10 hours a day and the chair I had was killing me. After researching chairs costing up to $2 000 and more I finally decide to just go to my local Staples and sit… try them out see what happened. So I did. I sat in every chair they had some several times…. But kept coming back to this Hyken. Initially I fell in love with the headrest of all things. I quickly realized I couldn’t have chair without a headrest so that helped narrow things. This chair is so comfortable… and supportive - my back and leg pain has decreased. The waterfall seat edge is amazing and doesn’t put pressure on the back of my legs. The mesh seat and back material is great supportive and comfy. The chair also very easy to assemble - did it completely on my own with only the tool provided. Highly recommend.

This chair is great for anyone with back issues the adjustable lumbar support works well. The adjustable arms make it easy to use with any height desk. I put it together in less then 30 min. The price was very reasonable.

It was nice that the chair was delivered on time. When the UPS man delivered it he informed me that the box was damaged. He waited while I took all pieces out to inspect them. Luckily for me nothing was damaged. I would strongly suggest that the company spend more time and money into packaging these types of products so that parts do not break through the box! It was very easy to assemble by myself. The seat portion of the chair is quite heavy but again I had no issues putting it together. The chair is quite comfortable and made of quality material. I decided not to attach the neck support since I do not slouch or lean back in my chair while working. This purchase was definitely worth the price!

Perfect. It is easy to keep clean and cooler to sit in than the leatherette chair was. Head rest at a perfect height.
