I’m not an ergonomics expert by any stretch but for the price of this chair I have zero complaints. It’s miles better than the old office chair I used to have (also from Staples) which was faux leather with foam padding versus a mesh. With this chair I don’t find myself slouching as much and I don’t feel like I have to prop my feet up to keep myself from sliding off. It also keeps me a bit cooler than one without any mesh or other ventilation. It would be nice if the armrests were slightly wider and the neck/head support could do down a little more but those are very minor things.

I needed a new chair in my home office as I am working from home during the pandemic. Since I didn't want to go to the store and try them out I ordered this chair based on the good reviews and discounted price. I really didn't know if i would like sitting in a mesh chair but after having the chair for a few weeks I have grown to really like the mesh and for me the chair is really comfortable and provides great lumbar support.

The chair is comfortable and holds up. Wasn’t too difficult to put together. Only downside as you’ll read in other reviews is that if you’re taller than 5’10 the headrest is in your shoulders and can’t be adjusted away. Likely will remove the headrest

A solid Chair. So far so good and quite comfortable. I do use a seat pillow since it’s kind of hard and the head piece doesn’t really fit but other than that it is a great chair. I love the red color!
