This is a really nice chair and good quality. My only complaint is that the head rest doesn’t lower any more. For short people like myself my head hits it awkwardly. Everything else about the chair is great!

The chair is very good. The lumbar support works well and the arms are adjustable up/down. You can adjust the tilt of the back and the height of the chair. The head rest is low for taller people. i am 6' tall and when I lean back it hits me in the shoulders. You can adjust the angle of the head rest but not the height. While it doesn't have all the features of the more expensive chairs (Seat pan adjustment arm tilt in/out) it is a comfortable chair for the price and good for the home office. Would have given it 5 stars if the head rest was adjustable. You can just take the headrest off.

First I am a relatively large person - 6'4' 250 lbs. And the biggest complaint is that the mesh seat quickly sagged to the point that my buns were being supported by the rubber edges of the frame. Cannot use. In addition the chair is quite narrow. Kept catching my phone holster when I sat in which did not occur in any other chair I have had. The head rest was a joke. Hit me at the base of the neck. Giving it away and will try again.
