I spend a lot of time working on the computer and need a comfortable chair with good support. I got the Hyken on sale and also used a Staples coupon so I got it at a great price. Assembly was simple and easy. I have been using the chair now for a few weeks and am very pleased - I hope it holds up over time. The only minor complaint is that I wish the height of the headrest was adjustable (it pivots but does not go up and down) - an inch or so higher would be a better fit for my 6'2" frame

Pretty Good Chair

The chair is well built pretty sturdy and reasonably comfortable for its price. The seat feels thin but it’s ok for 2-3 hours of sitting. The height adjustment is kind of abrupt when lowered. I like the control levers. Overall an excellent value.

I love this chair ... has helped greatly with my sore back/bum and the best part I didn’t have to pay $400-$1000 for a chair that is built for back issues!

Nice product with some reservations

This product is a good buy very well constructed (not cheap at all). Only issue is I'm 6'2" but only 185 lbs and I find the seat a little tight and the back a little short. Your mileage may very.
