The chair looks nice and is very sturdy. I bought it for my husband while we are working from home. He is 6' tall with a long torso. The headrest hits him in his traps no matter the angle of rotation. It would be nice if the headrest could be adjusted up and down to accommodate for height. (i'm 5' 8" with a short torso and it's the perfect height for me!) The only other issue is the seat frame along the front edge digs into the back of the legs just above the knee. The reclining feature is amazing!
The chair was delivered quickly and all the pieces were intact. The instructions were very easy to follow and it was great they had each screw in a package indicating the step when I need to use them. The chair has been my lifesaver since I work from home now. The support is great and it is very comfortable. I was very happy to have found this chair.
The only reason I did not rate this chair as five stars is because I would reserve that for a perfect product. For any person in an office setting or who sits down quite frequently and would like to move around I would highly recommend this chair. I have lower back issues and this even has a slight lumbar support. By no mean's is it cushy so if you want more of that type of feel look for something else. This is certainly a chair to encourage you to keep your posture in the proper position. Worth trying to sit in it in the Staples store if you need to experience it before you believe it.
Love this chair. It has great lumbar support and the headrest is at the perfect height for me. It was really easy to put together. Working from home I am at my computer for 8+ hours a day having a comfortable chair is very important. This chair fits that bill.
I'm 5'10" and the headrest squeezes into my shoulders. It seems like this a design oversight. Otherwise the chair is relatively comfortable. The arm rests are not plastic however they're not very soft.
