First week of owning this chair and there are staples coming out of the mesh seat. One already came out and I am afraid it will start ripping now....yes staples...the irony.
I LOVE this chair. I have had back pain sitting in a variety of chairs over the last few years. I roll this chair from my desk to the kitchen table because it is so comfortable. I have no pain sitting in it. It is easily adjustable in many dimensions- and the controls are in different places so you don’t get confused. My last chair had levers next to each other and I had to turn the chair upside down to look at the diagrams to figure things out. There is a damaged piece (part cracked off) that does not effect the function. I haven’t yet written to Staples about it to see what they will do. I’m assuming they will make this right.
Overall great but not if you want to use it for 8 hours+

The seat is too short so your legs may get sore after a couple of hours and circulation may get cut off. The tilt lock is always an amazing feature but on this chair there only seems to be 3 angles of lock so I always feel I'm leaning too far back or not enough. The mesh is extremely comfortable and the lumbar support is great. The manual for the chair claims that the armrests can rotate in addition to being height adjustable but I have found no evidence for the rotation and I'm worried about breaking something if I try.
