Very comfortable though setup was confusing

I really love the way this chair supports my back. It's springy breathable and rolls well. The only problem I had with it is reading the setup instructions. The diagrams were pretty clear up until the last one which reads something like "To assemble chair sit on it" with a little arrow telling you to put the top half on top of the base. There's a knob on the chair just front of center with a hole big enough to look like the shaft of the base would fit into it but that's not where it goes. I ended up sitting on the chair to try to finish assembly with the shaft in the wrong place and nearly broke something - the chair or my neck! I'd recommend some better illustrations around this particular step.

Overall good chair with one flaw

Purchase the warranty. The chair is great. Very comfortable and not hot like most leather chairs. The headrest is weak and we have broken two of them. Thankfully we got the warranties.

Great Chair uncomfortable arms

This is a great chair especially at the price. Works just as stated but The problem with it is the arms are lame very small and close together. making them almost kinda useless.

Headrest sticks out

Great chair

This chair has a nice sleek design and is very comfortable to sit in. I like the lumbar support and the head support and also the ability to adjust the height of the arm rests. Reasonably priced for the quality of the chair. Our office is very warm in the summer and I am looking forward to being cooler this year with the mesh design on the seat and back of the chair. I looked at and sat in several chairs at the store from cheap to high end and this one seemed to be just the right fit for me. A good choice for me.

I love this chair. I work 60 hour weeks in this chair and it provides the support I need in all the right places especially lower back support.
