Good comfortable chair but the headrest sucks

The seat and back of this chair are exceptionally comfortable and supportive even after 8-10 hours of sitting. However the headrest sat too low and didn't offer enough height adjustment options so I had to remove it in order for it to not dig into my shoulders (I'm a 6ft. 200lb male). I'm a little disappointed in my purchase because the headrest was one of the features (besides a mesh back and seat) that I was most looking for in a chair.

The chair is suitable for sitting long hours and all the adjustments make it worth-ed. The assembler technician James was very professional and completed assembling the chair in little less than 30 minutes and had a great attitude.

This thing is amazing. I work frome home so I'm sitting all day. The chair I had before was giving me back problems and this chair eliminated my pain after the 2nd day. As soon as you sit on it you feel the lumbar and neck support if you sit correctly it will help you ease and prevent back and neck pains; it has worked for me. Takes a bit of getting used to but once you do it's perfect.
