Great upgrade!

My main reason for buying this chair was to replace a 15 year old chair that was too big for my small frame. While this is not necessarily a “small” chair it is smaller than the one I had and has the adjustments I need to make it fit me and not cause a lot of pain from the long hours of working from home. I recommend going to the store to try them out that’s how I made my choice.

We purchased 2 of these chairs. I was not a fan of the plastic webbed seat Just a bit too hard for my personal sitting area. My wife like her chair. They were very simple to assemble. And Staples was find with the one we returned.

I found that this chair is very uncomfortable. I used it a few times and by the time I want to return and found out I can't its absurd. What I'm supposed to do with this chair now?

This chair provides neck and lumbar support where I need it. I am five foot two inches tall and weigh 100 pounds. I suffer from tension headaches caused by issues with my neck and upper back muscles. This chair was specifically recommended during an ergonomic evaluation by a nurse at my work. I have been using it for two months now and live it. I have recommended this chair to multiple people. My sister has already purchased the chair but has not used it long enough to have an opinion yet.
