This thing is amazing. I work frome home so I'm sitting all day. The chair I had before was giving me back problems and this chair eliminated my pain after the 2nd day. As soon as you sit on it you feel the lumbar and neck support if you sit correctly it will help you ease and prevent back and neck pains; it has worked for me. Takes a bit of getting used to but once you do it's perfect.

Old worn out computer chair was causing existing back problems and pain to increase to where it was painful to just stand up and walk. At Staples I sat in every chair available. This was the only chair that did not cause discomfort or pain to my lower back. Is is very comfortable to sit in has great lower back support neck support arm rests extends backwards and very adjustable. No pain from sitting in it whatsoever. I absolutely love this chair and definitely recommend it.
