I am pleased with this purchase. My chair is good looking and comfortable to sit in. I like all the various adjustments this piece of furniture provides. Would definitely order from Staples again. Shipping was swift.

It appears to be a nice chair well constructed but when I went to sit on it the lumbar support was digging into my back. I tried to move it and loosen the backrest tension but now my back and neck hurt. This is probably fine for most but not for me.....

great all-around chair

Having some back issues I need a chair that is adjustable in several directions. The Hyken chair fits the bill. The back can be straight up or lean back to whatever degree required and the lumbar support is adequate. It can be adjusted up and down but the degree of support is not adjustable. Still it fits my old back well. The chair is also very comfortable to sit in.

I purchase this chair for my husband after owning one for myself for probably 2 yrs. He loved sitting in my chair even when his was right next to mind. After his leather chair stated peeling I decided to replace his chair minus the leather. It was easy for him to assemble and he is tall yet the seat is long enough to accommodate his thighs the headrest is also comfortable

I've had the chair for almost exactly 3 months - have been using it to work from home during the pandemic. I have been basically in love with this chair as it has had great support and is comfortable but about a week ago a staple fell out of the chair. I thought it was a fluke but noticed today that another staple fell out and 6 more are exposed on the same side. For reference I'm 150 lbs. and don't do anything other than sit in the chair during work hours... I'm extra disappointed because I'd been so happy with this since March and wasn't expect it to fall apart so soon. I'll reach out to Product Support to see if anything can be done. Hoping this isn't typical for this chair.

My husband like this office chair. The only thing is he wished it was staying completely locked in a perfectly straight upright position and not recline at all when he doesn’t want to recline.

Very comfortable practical nice looking. Good size for me (I'm 5:2" and didn't want a big bulky chair) although it could accommodate a somewhat larger person. Everything is adjustable and my husband said it was not too difficult to set up.
