Overall a very good chair

I love this chair overall for its comfort over time i.e. I can sit in it for more than a few hours and it's comfortable. My only complaint is that it doesn't tilt forward as much as I'd hoped and subsequently the front edge puts pressure on the back of my legs that becomes uncomfortable over time.

I like the seat and comfort. Would like more incremental back angle adjustment. I'm taller so the headrest is a little low and it's adjustment is variable.

This chair is very supportive and has great flow through for circulation of air. The neck rest is supremely nice. Easy to put together and light to move around. It's great for short people who have shorter legs. The seat allows you to get your back end to the back of the chair where the support is. The big executive chairs never quite support my back as I have to sit too far forward. It has alot of adjustments that you can make for height tilt and lock.
