Couldn't ask for better.

The product in question seems to be reliable. Of course this is after two weeks so the test of time is always in question. I weigh about 270 pounds The material that they have fed between the two points does not give me any concern even though that was a concern buying it. The neck rest works great for my body type. 5'6-7 however it does not move up or down to suit multiple heights that is the reason for the one start knocked off. Though for me it is most certainly five stars.I would also like for the arm rests to be able to move out about another 2 inches but that is just a wish for the perfect chair.All in all however I'm happy with this product and would recommend it too others its well crafted full metal supports and easily put together.Thank-you for reading my review.

The chair is comfortable however the head rest is not adjustable and depending on your torso length can be uncomfortable. I’m 5’4 and struggled to sit in it comfortably without having the head rest digging into my back. Sent my chair back and purchased one with an adjustable head.

Not Comfortable but Sturdy

The Chair is definitely not designed for comfort not to mention relaxing. It is however very sturdy; supporting my 250lbs so far. Of course it has been less than a year. The hydraulics always go out on these chairs after a year.I noticed yesterday the covering on the hard left armrest has split.After 4 chairs in 6 years I am definitely in the market for a pricey comforable super sturday preassembled chair.

Wheels don't swivel and scrape the floors

After reading all the reviews I was excited to order this chair. It went together fine and the instructions were excellent. The chair is awesome as long as you do not move... The wheels on it that are supposed to 'swivel' when you change directions do not swivel. I'm 200 lbs and this chair is used on oak hardwood floors with an office mat on top. The chair is scraping the mat when I scoot in or out and I'm sure flat spots will wear on the wheels before long so this thing is going back - sad as I already tossed my old chair.

I hope the mesh lasts because this is a great very comfortable chair. The parts are made well and the structure parts are made of sturdy metal including the center post.
