I read so many reviews for this chair but first of all it was a pain to put together. I put things together all the time. The wheels were such a pain. The headrest is too tall and even with it pivoting I had to remove it. So it’s not one size fits all. The material itself is so rough that I can’t sit on the chair in shorts bc it leaves an imprint on my skin.

I needed a chair that had great back support and neck support. This chair has it! My height is perfect for the head rest and I was able to adjust the back cushion to fit perfect for my back. Plus the mesh material is actually soft and very breathable. I highly recommend this chair. I looked all over for a new one because I needed something that was comfortable sense I'm at my desk for long hours and this is perfect!!

I work from home and sometimes 8-10 hrs a day. Comfort is a requirement! This chair is one of the best I’ve ever worked in! Lots of features and great value!

Needs a bit more adjustability

The seat is comfortable and the placement of the armrests is fine. However the lumbar support dug into my back and only had a small amount of vertical adjustment. Also the bottom of the headrest dug into my shoulders even in the highest position. (I am about 5' 11" 210lbs) If the headrest and lumbar could be more adjustable this could be a great chair. The overall build quality is better than most similar chairs i've seen.

This chairs really well made head rest adjusts and is super comfortable. When you sit upright gives great posture. Priced pretty well compared to other chairs like it. Only complaint is how tiny the armrests are. Makes them not very ideal when leaned back at a desk
