Sitting the chair at the store was nice but after working in the chair at home the bottom shape starts to make my lower back and butt sore. Returning the chair today.

I’ve only had it setup for a day but it was easy to set up. I did look up assembly video online to go along with the instructions. So far so good. A whole lot better than the chair I had before. Great back support.

The chair replaced a chair that was a lot more expensive but did not have the comfort this chair offers. Really like thee adjustable head rest and lower back support. After trying out at least twenty chairs I felt the most support and comfort in this chair. Price was wright.

Best ergonomic chair Staples has in stores

I mostly care about ergonomics and adjustability. For the price level it's fantastic. It's got mild lumbar adjustment (if you need more get one of those automotive lumbar mesh pads from Walmart); the armrests are vertically adjustable (which is awesome for elbows - it's ridiculous how many office chairs and executive chairs have no armrest adjustment) but no horizontal adjustment (forward/back/left/right); the headrest is nice (but I wish it had a little more adjustability). When I considered buying it I thought I'd try it for a couple of days to decide if I'd keep it now yes I will and when I was in-store checking it out two other people decided to buy it as well. It's also fairly easy to put together but I'm a pretty handy person so there's that. Just don't be in a huge hurry to do so. By the way I've only had this chair for a week so I have zero idea what its long term durability is like but it feels solid and unless someone takes a knife to it the mesh should hold

Great chair particularly for people who struggle with warm seats. The customization options and lumbar support are fantastic as well. The mesh is extremely durable - I've used my first Hyken almost daily for over eight years and can barely tell it apart from the second one I recently purchased.
