I went from working on the couch to working in the Hyken. This has been a hug upgrade for me. My only suggestions would be to be able to lower the arm rests just a bit lower and also be able to adjust the headrest more. I enjoy the headrest but unless I am slouching it seem to be at the perfect height where the bottom of the headrests sits right on part of my spine. I do really enjoy the chair though and so does my back!
"Recliner" office chair flipped over with me in it

I bought this chair on sale after researching the models at Staples. I really liked this one although it wasn't the least expensive; it had adjustable lumbar support and the whole seating area was mesh. The information that came with it as well as the ticket on the one at the store indicated that it was possible to recline in it. Unfortunately what it didn't say was that if the two legs behind you are as wide apart as possible when you attempt to recline they will shoot out from under you dropping you on your back on the floor while still in the chair. In my case it broke the top of the back frame on the left split the lumbar support in two and bruised my shoulder where it hit the floor. I returned it and got my money back. I chose different less expensive model.
