I'm 6'1" and 210lbs I fit in this chair very comfortably although the headrest isn't perfect for my height. My wife is about 5'3" and has no such issue. Overall this chair seems to be built very well. I think of it as a budget Herman Miller Aeron for my time working from home during Covid. 4.5/5 would recommend without hesitation
Love this chair and love the charcoal gray color. The ergo on the chair makes it easy to adjust to any body style. Do to COVID-19 I have been working from home 10-hours a day. The Hyken makes it a lot easier to sit at the computer and participate in all the Zoom meetings. Thanks to all the reviews for helping me make the right decision after trying 8 different chairs.
Only issue is that the head rest is more of a Neck rest. I'm 5'10 (M) 176-180 Lbs The head rest doesn't go up or down much just the angle changes. still overall a great chair though. The seat is a bit aggressive in its curve at first buy it eventually stretches and settles down. Hopefully it doesn't breakdown we shall see.
After three months in a dining room chair my back was shot. I needed an office chair. With limited in-store stock I was concerned. This was one of the chairs that was available and it was the most comfortable of the lot for the ten-second in store test. My work chair was (or is if I ever see it again) mesh and it was awesome for years so I figured I’d give this one a shot. Easy to assemble (it even comes with the Allen wrench) and clear instructions. Two weeks in and my back is getting better and the chair is still awesome. Adjustable lumbar support headrest height arms and tilt work well. Tilt lock is a nice touch too. Don’t forget the chair mat if the room is carpeted.
