- The Lumbar Support pad only adjusts up-or-down 1/2 inch max and does not adjust forward or backward at all. It does flex in and out approximately 1 inch. - There is no easy way to remove this item. You are stuck with it where it is. - In total it is a VERY poor design and if I had not missed my return cutoff date 2 days ago I would have returned it because it is soooo uncomfortable. - My only recourse now is to take a hack-saw to the lumbar support to remove it completely. - All other pre-engineered adjustment points are very limited in range. - Multi-Diagram instructions were effective. - Assembly was easy and straight forward. However..... - I CANNOT recommend this chair!

Pretty comfortable and gives good support. I really like the fact I can tilt back easily if I want to. Because of the mesh it’s not a hot chair to sit on. So during the hotter months your staying cooler.

I have terrible back and hip issues and finding a chair that's comfortable and supportive is difficult. Padding never seems to be adequate so I looked to a mesh seat and back. I've had this chair for about 2 weeks now and sitting in it all day all week is not at all painful. I'm about 5'3" and plus size. This chair is sized just right which means my feet touch the floor (which can be a problem at times) the seat is comfortable the arms are perfectly adjustable and the head rest is perfectly positioned for me. I can see why a taller person might have issues with the head rest but I think it's great. Over all I highly recommend this chair if you need something to support you all day and all week.
