Why does everyone think this chair is comfortable?

This chair isn't comfortable at all. The bottom seat is just a rubber screen stretched across a plastic frame. Same deal for the backrest. The "lumbar support" piece digs into your back. I returned this the day after I got it. I do not recommend it if you plan to use it for long periods.

Recently purchased this chair for my sewing room. Chair is very comfortable and supportive. It is very mobile so it is easy for me to work between 2 tables without getting up. It was easy to assemble. I am very happy with this purchase.

First of all I'm sorry about the title. Now on to the chair like a lot of people I've started to work from home. After hours of sitting in my previous chair (the weird looking chair that is sort of like you're kneeling and sitting) I knew that my 40 year old knees couldn't take it anymore. Had no idea about the Hyken brand and that there are Reddits dedicated to just this chair. I was in Staples one day and sat in a bunch of different chairs. I immediately found this chair to be a winner for many reasons. The mesh design would allow for proper airflow and I appreciate that aspect a lot. I never had a chair with neck AND lumbar support and can't believe I went this long with out. The amount of things I could customize made me truly feel like I was on a throne once I got all of my settings just right. I would highly recommend this chair at the sales price I snatched it up at and more! The only complaint I have is how well my chair rolls on my laminate flooring.

Great chair wish armrests were farther apart.

I like pretty much like everything about this chair except the arm rests. They are way too narrow (not far enough apart) for my liking. I'm not that tall or wide but I find the arm rests to be too narrow for me to comfortably use.

The BACK is too low. I am just an average 6-foot guy. When I sit straight The head support is about 2 inches below my neck not even close to my head. The head support is the major reason I purchased this chair. Now I have to use without the head support? The back is not adjustable. Very disappointed.
