Meant for my husband but I got the new chair.

Had purchased this for my husband as he is working from home and has developed back aches from an old chair he'd been using. I ordered this hoping it would help however it was much smaller than I thought. He is 6'4" and the head rest ended up hitting him about shoulder eight. The width of the sear is smaller than I thought as well. Was not a good fit for him at all however it is sized about right for my 5'4" height. I find the lumber support very good and find myself sitting straighter while at the computer. So not a bad chair but more for a smaller person.

Its a good quality build my only complaint is the headrest. It does not stay to the position you set it to.

I really wanted to like this chair. I found good reviews and the price seemed right. Unfortunately it is in uncomfortable in all the wrong places. I don't know if it's a height thing (I'm 6'2") but the chair hits several pressure points on my body at the wrong places: elbows don't land right on the arm rests; the seat cuts off the circulation mid-thigh; the head rest is more like an uncomfortable neck rest. It's light and airy and I like the bounce of the seat. It's just not for someone my height.

I had to google how to assemble it however I was able to put it together pretty quickly after watching the youtube video. Not difficult for a 50+ female.
