When putting together the chair I was impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. The chair is quite comfortable for my 6 foot frame and all adjustments had adequate range for various heights. The one thing I noted was that the headrest was not adjustable for height. It fits me well but might not be as comfortable for someone much shorter or taller. I’ve owned much more expensive office chairs that were not near as comfortable.

I purchased this product 1 week ago and immediately felt a difference on my back and shoulders after working for 8 hours 5 days a week from home. It was extremely affordable and delivery to my home took 2 days from purchase. The assembly instructions are easy to follow and i was able to put together on my own (without male supervision). The reason it is not a five is because the Lumbar support adjustment is limited. If it could be pushed higher it would be more comfortable. I have recommended this product to other colleagues who are also working from home.

I can sit on this for long hours straight without aches and pain. Know how to use the lumbar every inch of movement is key to the correct spot to your L points of lower back. If it hurts with dull-like pain its on the wrong spot.... Start at the bottom setting and work your way up 5 minutes at a time. Don't give up on the precise spots of adjustments or you will miss out on the perfect chair for you. Also learn how and when to use your detend settings it will help you stabilize for long duration of sitting in different positions. If you jare ust looking to sit down and be on one position for a long time no chair will work for you. The advantages of this chair is the simple multiple-choice of different angles and heights. Be patient and learn it to use those options. You won't regret it....... Amazing chair! Awesome color!

It's good but I wish the seat was longer. I am a tall person and my knees extend way past the seat. Pulls on my back. That's why I wanted a lumbar chair. It is not uncommon. If I was shorter I would have given it a 5 star.
