I'm on the upper end of the weight limit (270 lbs) at 6' tall. The chair feels well made and sturdy. However the width of the seat is very narrow. The max height of the headrest is bordering on too low for me. The max distance between the arm rests (even when installed as far out as possible) squeezes my hip bones a bit as I sit down. If you're shorter than 6' and not as wide around as me (40" waist) then this chair is probably amazing but I'm definitely on the border of the chair not working.
Seems to be a sturdy chair love the headrest and tilt function as they work very well for what they are intended for. The lumbar function is not as impressive as it only slides up and down; wish it would move horizontally as well. Still trying to get acclimated to the seat cushion as well. Mesh seat with cushion underneath at the front where your legs dangle. Rolls well even on the carpet and spins effortlessly.
When the chair arrived the box was destroyed. It was torn dented and pieces of the chair were hanging out. When I yelled for the driver he just sped off. This is unacceptable. I will probably never buy anything like this from Staples again.
I had a big bulky faux leather executive chair and although the cushion was very plush and comfortable it was also very sticky and sweaty. This chair is super comfortable supportive and fresh. I can sit in it for hours without tossing around every few minutes.
When putting together the chair I was impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. The chair is quite comfortable for my 6 foot frame and all adjustments had adequate range for various heights. The one thing I noted was that the headrest was not adjustable for height. It fits me well but might not be as comfortable for someone much shorter or taller. I’ve owned much more expensive office chairs that were not near as comfortable.
