So much better....

The chair is great. I spent about 45 minutes at the Staple store looking and testing the various chairs on display. I found this style and liked it because of the lumbar support as well as the neck support. It's lightweight yet sturdy. It makes a lot of difference in remotely working from home now with a better chair. I ordered the chair online and it arrived in probably less than 1 week. I would recommend.

The hard seat.

The chair is all right but not big enough seat. The sides have a pipe that is hard on the butt. There is no Staples at 68142 in omaha ne. I would try to take it back. I don't have the box. The box was in bad shape wind it came.

strong petroleum smell

The chair was easy to ensemble and is very comfortable. The only thing is I wish I can use it. The chair has a very strong petroleum smell to it to the point I only used it one day. It has been in the garage for a week airing out. I hope to bring it into the house soon and use it.

Great Home Office Chair

My husband won't write a review but he definitely likes his new office chair. He's been working from home since March complaining about the desk chair kitchen chair and dining room chair. We finally found a chair we could both agree on. It looks nice in the home office; doesn't take up too much space; he likes the head and arm rests; the mesh seat and back keep him cool; and it is a solid well made chair. The only reason he wouldn't give it 5 stars is that "it rolls too easily" so he's going to have to make some modification to keep it from drifting on the hardwood floor.

Not for Taller than average Folks - Headrest Too Low

I am between 6'1" and 6'2" and the headrest is surprisingly low pushing on my shoulders (it sits at my shoulder level) with no adjustment option to lift it up further. First I thought I did something wrong when assembling the chair but everything was where it was supposed to be. Then I thought maybe I received the wrong chair (kid's version) but it seems to be the correct model. I tried one of this chairs in the store but unfortunately the headrest was broken so I did not find out about this issue until I assembled one at home. It would be helpful if Staples provides size guides for these chairs! Delivery was quick and chair arrived in good shape so I give the whole experience 3 stars.
