Beware pre-made holes for screws.

Everything was great except the screw that the headrest didn’t work. It seems that the grooves for the screw were already worn out or just not functional. The headrest won’t stay straight and I can’t get a screw in it to hold it. I’m disappointed. The attraction was the great alignment from head to toe.

Should have listened to the other reviews- I'm 6' & 200 lbs- which is both too tall & too heavy for this chair. The mesh isn't tight enough to support the weight so it drags right away. My wife is 5'2" and much lighter- she really likes the chair. So depending on your size this could be a great chair.

Substantial Chair

Years ago I purchased my first Hyken Mesh Tash Chair. I needed another chair and did not hesitate to purchase my second Hyken Mesh Task Chair. The chair is substantial and has enough options for adjustments I think most people would be satisified. The only difficulty I had assembling it is that once the mechanism for adjustments is attached to the bottom of the chair the seat is quite heavy. I didn't catch on that the back of the chair went between the support beam and needed help from the store to assemble it. Hence the four star rating instead of a five star rating. The staff at Staples were quite helpful in finishing the assembly. I recommend this chair for a person who needs to sit for long periods of time.

This chair allows me to work from home comfortably for hours. The recline and the headrest are nice features that allow me to take breaks once in a while. The items that prevent it from being a 5 star chair is the lumbar support. The lumbar support can't be adjusted too much so depending on your sitting position it might not be as supportive as it can be.

This chair is absolutely comfortable and perfectly adjusts my posture. The mesh material makes it breathable and doesn't overheat after sitting for a long period of time. I highly recommend this chair to those who are sitting for a long period of time when it comes to working from home or online school.

Delivered quickly and came with easy to follow instructions to assemble and the screws clearly labeled for ease of identification. We chose not to attach the headrest so we skipped that section of the setup. Overall a nice quality chair so far. Would recommend.
