Great with caveats

Chair meets needs except for — the lumbar support is not great; need it to adjust further toward my back; I’m still having to use a pillow :/ And the wheels could be SO much better to allow for sisal rug rolling. Technologies are out there so that one needn’t be “forced” to purchased a horrendous off-gassing TOXIC plastic chair mat. I cannot get one b/c fumes as it were. Anyone know of a REASONABLY PRICED chair mat made of non-toxics?? Bamboo wood?? Again reasonably priced. (Glass is not preferable.) Thanks!

Best for the Money

I've had this chair for a little over a year now. I had bought a refurbished Aeron chair for 4x the cost and returned it. To me this chair is more comfortable for hour one and hour ten. I was having back problems from sitting in a regular padded office chair and this chair has made a huge difference.

Great comfortable chair. Easy assembly

Chair was very easy to put together. All parts labeled clearly and it only took about six steps to finish. Mesh seat back and headrest are extremely cool and comfortable. Base construction is solid. Hardware is also very good quality. Using the chair on carpet and rollers still allow fairly good movements. Chair has great adjustability allowing for adjustment of many parameters you wouldn't expect. You can even adjust the width of the armrests. The neck support is a nice feature that I have grown to love.

Pretty good Chair for less than $200. I wanted a Herman Miller chair but my budget said "Staples".

Great chair at a very reasonable price!

My friend recommenced this chair and It was a great recommendation. Easy to put together. There was a small scratch on one of the wheel arms but I could careless about that. Its been ~2 week with my Hyken Mesh Task Chair and it is very comfortable. I no older have pain in my shoulders from having no armrests on my last chair. The back and seat are very comfy as well making for a comfortable 8 hour day.
