the chair was well packed instructions were pictures which were not overly clear but i was able to figure it out eventually. this chair is the most comfortable chair i have owned so far. compared to many others this is a smaller chair which fits me better gives low back support and the head rest is practical and comfortable. the arm rests are adjustable which is a good feature. the left lever for reclining is not the most reachable and at times does not respond. but generally I am delighted to have made this choice of my new desk chair. I recommend it highly and aside from getting a manual with larger letters and more understandable info i give it 5 stars

My wife's back had been hurting and her office chair was not helping. In fact when sitting in her old chair for more than 15 minutes her back would start hurting even more. Staples has a good selection of chairs to choose from allowing her to take her time and sit in all of them to find the one that was the most comfortable and provided great back support. She sat in all the chairs twice and settled on this chair. It is easy to put together and is a well built chair. She is a lot happier now. The chair has many ergonomic adjustments which allowed me to adjust it for her size.

Got a great deal on this chair. After trying out many different ones at the store this one felt just right. For gaming relaxing or just work. I did get me roller blade style wheels as an upgrade and wow did it make this chair that much sweeter!

Simply the best

This chair is durable comfortable and a bargain for the quality! I suffer from back pain but the excellent lumbar support makes sitting in my chair all day a breeze! I bought one of these chairs more than 5 years ago and it's still going strong. Just bought another for my husband. What a great chair!
