Gave me lower back pain

The way the back of the seat curves down causes lower back pain. The seat does not tilt only the backrest. I feel the chair is fit taller people I am 5’7” and feel it’s too deep. I threw out the box and now Staples won’t allow me to return 😞

I should have paid to have it assembled as it took us longer than anticipated. We had trouble getting two of the wheels inserted into the base. When it came to attaching the back to the seat one of the screws was missing. Fortunately y husband keeps a jar of all kinds of screws nuts and bolts so we were able to find a replacement. After all of this I found the chair to be quite comfortable. My only comment in this regard is that the armrests are a bit high for me even in the lowest position. Maybe I just have a short torso. Otherwise when all is said and done I'm reasonably happy.

I am 6 feet tall and need a chair with good lumbar support. I spent some time trying out several different chair styles. The Hyken seemed to fit the bill for me - comfortable (love the mesh) great lumbar support excellent neck/head support. It arrived on time and was a snap to put together. I highly recommend it!
