Good supportive chair

I have an old lower back injury and this chair gives great lower lumbar support. With the open mesh design it is cool and breathes. No cushion at all to the seat / only the flex of the mesh... may be too firm for some folks. But for me it is working well.

My wife really loves this chair in her office. The adjustable arms really help to relieve stress in her shoulders. The only thing she wished the chair had was a locking feature for keeping it from tilting back.

Excellent ergonomic chair

I'm very happy with my new Hyken chair purchased last week for my new work-from-home situation. The assembly instructions were easy-to-follow; all the parts were clearly labeled and required only the included Allen wrench for assembly. The chair itself has a variety of adjustable features and I'm finding it very comfortable. The back support and head rest are particularly good. I purchased online and used the store pick-up option. Shout out to the team at the Centennial Colorado store for excellent customer service!
