Not Comfortable (Neck) for Anyone Over 5'9"

So I have had this chair for over 6 months. I love some many of its features (adjustable armrests reclining mesh construction). But honestly I have become increasingly irritated that I cannot adequately adjust the neck support for a comfortable position. I am 5"10" not tall by any means. Even at its highest position the neck support still hits my torso at the top of the back. There is literally no chance for the support of the neck over prolonged sitting. Seems there should better thought put into this design feature.

Headrest mount broke but the chair is amazing

The chair itself is great and super comfortable to use once you get the right setting. However after about 3 weeks the headrest mount broke on moving its position. Isn't as sturdy as I thought but still awesome for the price.

I love this chair so much that I bought a second one for my home office. I have back problems and this chair is Very comfortable. I bought a cheaper one and I had to returned it because it was the so uncomfortable. This chair is money well spent.
