Liked everything except for the lumbar

The lumbar support bar arc is too sharp the highest setting is too low and the adjustment mechanism slips. Either the bar needs to be more adjustable (e.g. angle height) and the slope gentler or it needs to be removable. Otherwise I think it's a great chair.

Not for folks over 5'11"

Would not recommend this chair for anyone over 5'11". The headrest/neck although removable will end up at your shoulders with no meaningful adjustment possible. We ended up returning half of our chair order for this reason. Others have complained that the chair seat cuts of the circulation to their legs due to the pressure it applies behind the knees. Will not order this chair again.

Easy to put together. So far it’s working out well. Only time and daily use will be the true test of its value. If comfortable after a few months of use then I will give it a 5star

Stylish solid moves and adjusts easily simple to assemble. However the armrests are slightly loose and the mesh seems like it could be unintentionally torn. But for the price it is highly recomended.

A good chair for the money

I bought this chair because I couldn't afford the much higher priced Herman Miller chair. Also I like the fact you can take the arms off without affecting it's use if you play the guitar. Unless your real short the headrest is a nuisance. A couple assembly tips try to find a full size 5mm hex head wrench when assembling as opposed to the hand cramping little one they supply. When you get to the part where you attach the back of the chair to the base use a very small drop of oil on the screw threads and run them in from the opposite side you will screw them in when you mount the back to the base. I found this to be the hardest part of the entire assembly and it has the potential to strip the threads. If you run them through first and then assemble it will save you from a potential disaster. The longer arm of a regular size hex head gives you more control and really makes the assembly a snap. This chair is very comfortable and supports my back well. But I'm going to can the headreast. I'm 5' 8" and it digs into my upper shoulder blades.
