Customer Reviews for Staples - Hyken Ergonomic Mesh Swivel Task Chair - Maroon

After using this chair for two weeks it appears to be well built. I purchased a mesh chair for the cooler feel and the Hyken delivers. The lumbar support is very firm and takes some getting used too. It gave me a back ache the first week but is better this week. The seat is firmer than my mesh seat at work but still comfortable. The 7-year limited warranty gives me a reasonable assurance that this chair will last.

After work from home for over six month my back and neck really hurt badly and getting worse everyday. So I bought this chair. The assembly took sometime but not too bad. I was able to put all the piece together using power tool. The chair is quite comfortable my back feel much better.

Chair is comfortable and price was reasonable. Shipping was fast. Can't speak much to durability yet but it seems solid and I'm overall very pleased.

Great chair

It’s designed for taller people; I’m short and sit on a pillow but that’s just the needed adjustment.

Love sitting in this chair. So comfortable and soothing for my lower back. Why did I wait so long before buying. Great price!

Good bang/hype ratio

Incorporates the qualities from high end HM brands with the mesh support on the seat and back. Feels better than my previous executive chair. Excellent features and quality for the $$ = Bang/hype ratio The neck support is perfect for me. 6' 1' I did confirm that the 14 day return policy was valid in the age of Covid; although I won't be returning!
