Incorporates the qualities from high end HM brands with the mesh support on the seat and back. Feels better than my previous executive chair. Excellent features and quality for the $$ = Bang/hype ratio The neck support is perfect for me. 6' 1' I did confirm that the 14 day return policy was valid in the age of Covid; although I won't be returning!

good for back support

Due to some back issues I needed a supportive chair so I went to the store and sat in several and I picked this one because it has lumbar support. It also has adjustable arm rests tilts as well as goes up and down. The headrest is a nice feature. Since it's plastic mesh it also doesn't get hot and its easy to keep clean (goodbye crumbs). I've used this chair for about two weeks and I do recommend this chair for a home office. Pro tip: Staples with price match if you show them a lower price. Google it and show your phone to the cashier and they will "coupon" adjust. Thanks Staples!
