Love this chair! Great if you have a bad back.

This chair has built in lumbar support and keeps me sitting with ideal posture. It’s very adjustable and comfortable. I can sit in it all day without issues.

Great home office desk chair

I've had this desk chair for two weeks so far and am very satisfied (compared to previously using a kitchen chair) while working from home during covid. I test drove the desk chairs with a mesh seat bottom and back at Staples and this one felt the best. The only concern (not enough to bump down to 4 stars) is that when I sit fully back into the chair the head/neck rest (rotated all the way up) hits the top of my shoulders/base of my neck. I'm 5'-10". So the only improvement i would suggest would be to add more vertical adjustment in the head/neck rest.

I was in need of a new office chair and STAPLES was the first place of thought of looking. Of all the office chairs available the Staples Hyken Ergonomic Mesh Swivel chair was the one I selected. I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Assembly was very easy and overall comfort is great.

Very easy to assemble. The parts were clearly labeled and the puctorial instructions were easy t follow. The chsir itself is nice. Comfy and adjustable where it needs to be.

Made this purchase as I've returned to school and plan to do a lot of studying. BEST CHAIR all around! There is no sense of fatigue even after 5 hours of use. Everything is adjustable. I especially enjoy the reclining and neck support features. Perfect when reading since you can recline in it. Chair feels solid and sleek in design. Stores where out of stock. Ordered from the store and shipped to home. It's also easy to put together. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
