Comfortable firm & good looking office chair

This Hyken mesh chair is really comfortable and has great adjustability and the headrest is everything. It was a breeze to assemble and I saved the assembly fee to boot. I recommend!!

it's a solid chair that does its job well. i bought it in part bc i was looking for a chair w adjustable arm rests & back support as well as smooth adjustment of seat height and angle. the mesh seating is also great re: cleaning temperature etc compared to full leather/plastic seats. my only complaints are that it's quite heavy (i couldn't carry it up the stairs myself when it was in the box) and also since i'm a bit small the seat is quite large in comparison though that does mean i get to sit cross-legged in it if i wish. lastly after buying this i realized i know a few other people who have the exact same chair! overall a p good purchase if no better alternatives then def worth it for these work-from-home times.

Small low build quality and lack of adjustability

I can’t sit with my back straight while the headrest is attached because it digs painfully into my shoulders. I’m 6’1”. The chair back can’t be adjusted up/down like other chairs to account for this. Other adjustments can’t be made in the fly or simply don’t exist. Cheaply constructed - with cheap sticky castors.

I'll see if I can upload a picture of the box later because it was insanely damaged. The UPS driver felt bad leaving it how it was on my doorstep so they had me look inside and make sure everything was ok. It seemed to have everything so I said it was ok for them to leave. That was probably my only gripe. It seemed like the boxed was chewed up by two rabid dogs. The actual chair however is a 5/5 Most comfortable chair in the history of the world. The full mesh design is superb. Building it was also such a breeze. Just build it how the instructions tell you and boom took less than half an hour easy. There was one part where I did need someone to hold it so I can put some screws in but other than that it's mostly a 1 person job. You seriously can't go wrong with this chair. Height is very good it looked small in the picture so I was worried but it does go high. Also being able to recline and lock into place exactly only how far you want it to go is awesome. Buy it now! It's seriously worth it.
