I had to remove the headrest because it couldn't be adjusted high enough. I'm 6' 1" tall. For a shorter person the headrest should be fine. It hit me in between my shoulder blades. The mesh is cold so I would prefer fabric. On the positive side I could adjust the armrests to fit and the chair high enough.

Great chair for smaller people

I didn't like how large most chairs felt and I couldn't get the lumbar to hit me just right. I'm a small 5'0" 115 pound woman and this chair is perfect for me. So comfortable! I spend 8 hours in it without the back and neck pain I was getting from my old leather executive chair.

Smooth moving but a bit firm

The chair assembled easily and all the mechanisms work well ( tilt raise & lower). The mesh seat and back are a bit too firm for me so I use a separate seat pad which works well. Overall the chair is great value.

Nice Chair But Not For Me

I loved the chair when I tried it out in the store but at home after sitting in it for about 30 minutes my back started to ache. I do have lower back issues so this of course may not be an issue for most people.

Decent Chair for the price

Overall good chair. A little uncomfortable for sitting in it for long time might need a cushion. The chair that I received have the mesh on the edges of the seating part of the chair is not properly finished.

I received the chair within three days from my purchase and put it together in less than one hour (Allen key is included and no additional tools are required). I spend a great part of my day working on my computer and this chair is really comfortable. I highly recommend it
